I love cooking and baking, both healthy recipes and guilty pleasures. I enjoy browsing the internet for new recipes but also enjoy creating with my own. For the last 2 years, I have been focused on a healthier lifestyle. The biggest change I made was  being more intentional about the food I eat, which includes weighing my food and tracking the calories and nutrition. This helps me eat appropriate portion sizes and make sure I get the nutrition my body needs. It’s important to have balance in your life so I also feel its important to indulge in treats (my weakness!) from time to time.
